Roger Baney – Bio

Roger has been working at GMA for the past 8 years in the capacity of Manager of Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement. He has worked in a manufacturing
environment for the past 28 years in the areas of Quality Engineering, Quality Control , Quality Assurance and as a Manufacturing Manager. Roger is a graduate of Westminster
College with a BA in Business Administration and Political Science. In 1988 he achieved his certification as a Quality Engineer from the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Roger is a certified ISO 9000 lead auditor and has successfully implemented multiple ISO 9000 systems.
